We have already been to Swiss Residence in 2020, before covid-19. In comparison with that time the hotel has got a little beat-up, because the upstairs restaurant with a beautiful view is not functioning, the pool seems like it is not used very often, and so on. But the staff of Swiss Residence is still very high-professional! Receptionists, cleaners, waiters, movers were extremely delicate and helpful, it was a very high-level. This team made our stay quite comfortable, so thank them a lot! If I was a manager of the Hotel I would appreciate this guys. so, 4/5 facilities 10/5 staff I wish the hotel more guests in 2023 and I hope Covid-19 will never return to this place!

The Room and Facilities. Clean bathroom. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help, Thusith and Ruvin as well as front desk girls and some cleaning staff in particular 👌🏼 Superb mountain view at all times with beautiful clouds rolling off the hills, from our Super Deluxe room. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and the staff made sure it was special and memorable for us. We will never forget this experience and property! ❤️

Overall one of the best place I stayed. Staff is very friendly and very supportive. The way they speak, their professional attitudes are 100%. Especially foods are tasty and if out to the scale 1-10, I rate 100

The room was beautiful with a practical layout. We ordered food to our room, the Chicken rice and curry was so tasty ! Overall the stay was good. The staff was extremely helpful. When we were leaving we did not ask for someone to help with the bags but one of the staff members who saw us stepping out of the elevator immediately took the bags and helped us.

Everything was very good in the room. But to get 1 bottle of tonic from the lobby bar was difficult, we got it by the evening of the second day😅

We absolutely loved this place! The room was clean with comfy beds and an amazing view of the nature. We got upgraded which was really great. Too bad we only stayed one night. We will definitely come back when we visit Kandy again!

Spacious room with a large bathroom. Close to the town. Nice view from the room. Friendly staff. Perfect location for a family picnic or holiday.
